On July 27th 2017,my girlfriend and I were camping in Meaford Memorial Park in Meaford, Ontario Canada.

It was our first time camping with her 1970's pop up trailer.

The weather was a bit cool and it had rained for most of the night and into the morning. I decided to take a sunrise walk on the beach where we were camping.

As the sun came up, I could see something glistening on the pebbled beach. Could this be sea glass?? I was so excited!!

I searched more and more up and down the beach. It was my first time finding sea glass and I couldn't believe I was finding them close to home.

I took my treasures home and placed them in a special container that I had purchased in town.

The photo was taken with my cellphone camera. It takes very good photos and I use it mainly for my travel shots. I am very pleased with the quality. I am not a professional photographer but I do believe if you have a quality cellphone it will take great photos too.

I am looking forward to going back to the same beach to do more treasure hunting!!

Going on a beach glass or Sea glass hunt and finding a frosted treasure is like Joseph Campbell's "finding your bliss. "
I look forward all the time to photos on here. I had better get busy and see what I can do with my cell phone. Must be creative though. 😸
