 Name of the Beach: St Pete Beach Florida

I found two pieces of sea glass near 51st St West in St Pete Beach Florida.  

Although they were not high quality, I was excited because I had just read the sea glass article in Parade magazine the weekend before we traveled.

One was thick, clear and had lettering.  The edges were smooth, but it was not well frosted nor round. 

A week later, I found a brown piece with ridges -it was much thinner than the white piece, so probably a newer beer bottle. 

The edges were smooth, but it was also not frosted nor round.

 Ft Lauderdale Beach Sea Glass

Two pieces of beach glass were found on Ft Lauderdale Beach near Las Olas while doing our monthly Beach Clean. It was a day after Hurricane Matthew and there was a ton of debris on the sand.

Both are about 3/4" in diameter with nice frosting and smooth rounded edges. One is white the other is light blue.

 NOT ANY BEACHES WITH SEA GLASS

spent 13 years combing beaches on st.pete and all surrounding area beaches, nary a piece of sea glass but great shells.G
