Help me identify this clear sea glass with markings..

White Sea Glass with Markings?
It appears to be a bird because it has a beak up close and an eye.
It also appears to have some letters located under the picture but I cannot make out any of them.
Would just like to know if anyone has ever seen anything like this.
It's very thick glass.
