Where was this photo taken?

This was taken at Fort Bragg Glass Beach, Fort Bragg, California, USA

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

Photo was taken October 10, 2014 at 3:07 PM.

It was a nice day but a little on the cool side after the fog rolled in it hid the sun.

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

Feelings...EXCITEMENT for seeing all that glass in one place and taking in all the beauty of the beach, the rocky coast line, and the cliffs that I had to peek over to see the beach below.

The feel of the breeze and the sounds of the waves and the birds was very calming.

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

I used a Canon S95 camera to capture my photo.

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

My tips would be to...Take your time and hold your camera steady.

When picking your image don't forget to check your background.

You don't want something there to detract from what you are photographing.
