This photo was taken in my home in Stamford, CT


Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

It was a cold, rainy October day in the middle of the afternoon.


What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

It was such a dreary day and I was having sea glass hunting withdrawals.

I made myself a cup of coffee and sat with my treasures - such a great way to brighten up the day.

I placed this sea glass marble on the shell and loved the contrast of colors.

The color of the shell seemed so pure and the depth of color of the marble was mesmerizing. And this is why I love to take photos of my collection.


What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

iPhone6


What tips or suggestions do you have for other photographers?

When photographing sea glass, there is NEVER a bad photo!!!!!
