Black Sea Glass Identification Question

This is a piece of true black glass, that is it does not have a green or brown tinge to it, and has some writing on it.

The "C" looks like that of a cola bottle, but did they make black glass at some point?

Any help would be appreciated.

Lil-Kim Roy - probably from some sort of liquor bottle... could be a H and an e, or Co. for company. But I love it
