I found a mysterious rock in a small river in Alabama

This is it, it's about three inches tall and two and a half wide

This is it, it's about three inches tall and two and a half wide

The rock is like a caramel clear color with no light on it, then it's clear with a light on it. It has Fossil marks in it as if it's been in the river for years. Has pieces broke off of it in some spots. It marks glass as well.
