all I can say is WOW!! I go to this park all the time and have never seen gang activity or anybody that seemed suspicious! All families and people exercising. I’ve found some extremely rare pieces of beach glass, beach pottery, fossils. I think your review is entirely wrong!! Always get a good haul, 30+ pieces in a hour or so.

 Grant Park Beach Glass-Lake Michigan

I have found some great pieces at Grant Park on Lake Michigan's shore.

Yesterday afternoon I collected about 30 pieces including a very well worn and polished glass bottle stopper and a few pottery fragments.

Saw no "gang" activity or graffiti.

Beach was clean and the patrons were mainly young families.
