Where was this photo taken?


This photo was taken in my home.

I have been collecting sea glass since I was a young girl, living in Maryland , USA, but rediscovered my love of sea glass after moving to the UK 10 years ago.

I have found the beaches here to be super for sea glass and beach combing!!

My favorite finds are the sea glass boulders or huge chunky pieces.

I also very much enjoy finding slag sea glass.

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

I took this photo using a Sony digital camera in natural daylight.

What tips do you have for taking good photos of sea glass?

I love the way the natural light reflects and shows the true spirit of the glass, imperfections and micro C's.
