East Wittering, West Sussex. Sea Glass 30.07.2021

We found this at low tide East Wittering, West Sussex.

It’s quite large and thick. Frosted in appearance I’m assuming from being in the sea, with smooth edges. Has an arrow on the top corner.
Perhaps a window pane?
Being romantic from an old galleon?
