Where was this photo taken?

Lighthouse Park Connecticut, USA

Weather and time of day?

October 9, 2016 1pm cloudy

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

Amazed as a first timer.

Hubby was sitting on beach and looked down and seen this amazing blue piece - if held at the right angle resembles a seal with an eye.

Since it's our 20th wedding anniversary on the 26th , 25 years together, I would love to make the piece into a hanging pennant to mark many memories from our first sea glass adventure together.

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

Samsung Galaxy S6

What tips or suggestions do you have for other photographers?

Wished he left the beautiful piece in the sand so I could of taken a picture of it in its natural habitat and thought it would make an awesome wall hanging to remember our 20th anniversary.

He was sitting because he is having knee surgery.

I was about a 1/2 mile away and found the other two very pale blue pieces in the picture.

Overall I collected a great assortment of sea and beach glass including a dark olive sea glass.
