Where was this photo taken?

It was taken at Ulladulla on the New South Wales south coast, Australia.

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

It was heading into Autumn, overcast but still warm.

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

I was excited to find so much prettiness, and wondered what I would make with it all. 

It is very hard to find sea glass in Australia because our beaches are very clean, and our history much shorter than the rest of the modern world. 

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

An iPhone on this occasion, in a special case to keep the sand out.


What tips or suggestions do you have for other photographers?

Don't underestimate mobile phone cameras, they are getting clever!
