Where was this photo taken?


I took this photo in my home in Granada, Spain. I found the sea glass on a recent trip to Nerja on the south coast.

Date, time of day, and weather conditions?

The photo was taken at around 5pm on an unusually-overcast day for this time of year.

The natural light was perfect for capturing the vivid colours of the glass.

What were your feelings or impressions when taking this photo?

I was struck by the way that the light along side the white background brought out the true colours of the sea glass that were much bolder that I had seen before. 

What kind of camera and/or lens did you use?

I used a Fuji Film FinePix S4200 using the macro setting

What tips or suggestions do you have for other photographers?

Always use natural light!
